Hong Kong, great business city







HONG KONG, 
On July 1, 1997, this area was officially handed over by the government of the United Kingdom to the People's Republic of China.
Before being handed over in 1997, Hong Kong is a colony of Great Britain. Under the One Country Two Systems policy creation Deng Xiaoping, Hong Kong enjoys autonomy from the PRC government as the legal system, currency, customs, immigration, road rules that keep it running in the left lane. Affairs are handled by Beijing is the national defense and diplomatic relations. Autonomy is applicable in Hong Kong (minimum) to 50 years from 1997. 




Hong Kong consists of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories if it is sorted from the south. In the northern New Territories there is a city of Shenzhen across the Sham Chun River (Shenzhen River). Among the 236 islands in Hong Kong, Lantau Island is the largest, while Hong Kong is the second largest and is the largest population. The most crowded island is Ap Lei Chau.

Hong Kong has 236 islands in the South China Sea, which is where the island of Lantau is the largest island and the island of Hong Kong the second largest and most populated. Ap Lei Chau is the most populous in Hong Kong and the world.
Hong Kong (Mandarin: 香港; Pinyin: Xiānggǎng; official Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) is one of the two Special Administrative Regions, which is part of the People's Republic of China, the other being Macau.
Hong Kong region is estimated to have started inhabited since the Neolithic humans but has become widely known as Hong Kong handed over to Great Britain after the Opium War in the 19th century. Earlier in 1513, Portuguese sailor Jorge Alvares, became the first European to visit Hong Kong.
In 1860 the Convention of Peking after the Second Opium War, Kowloon Peninsula and Stonecutter's Island turned over to the United Kingdom while the New Territories, including Lantau Island, leased to Britain for 99 years from July 1, 1898 and ending June 30, 1997.
